From its inception in 1863, Ferncliff Cemetery & Arboretum has existed solely to provide a beautiful, final home for the residents of Springfield and Clark County. Today, this commitment to “people, not profit” is stronger than ever and permeates everything we do. As a not-for-profit organization, all we have to gain is the satisfaction and peace of mind of you and your family. And since our operations are overseen by our association of Ferncliff lot owners, the best care is always taken to ensure that the uncompromising standards of beauty and excellence that have made us a treasured part of the community will endure.

We understand that funeral and burial planning is not a subject that everyone is comfortable with, so we take special care to provide advice and consultation services in ways that address all of your concerns in accordance with your readiness—at your speed. We encourage you to visit our grounds, several times if necessary, to explore everything that we have to offer.
