Shirley Ann Bevan

BEVAN, Shirley Ann (nee Campbell) age 83 passed peacefully April 4, 2019 at her residence with her family by her side. Born February 16, 1936 in Springfield, Ohio. Shirley was the daughter of Frank Goddard and Mary Ellen (nee Smith) Campbell. She was a loving mother, sister and granny. Shirley enjoyed shopping, cooking, crafting, and was avid Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Reds fan but most of all cherished the time she spent with her family. Preceded in death by her parents, brother Frank Arthur Campbell; beloved husband Cecil Ray Bevan Jr. sister Grace H. Campbell Burke and grandson Frank Andrew Beverly. Shirley leaves behind her loving children Kimberlee Beverly of Springfield, Ohio; Alva Walter (Karol) Bevan of Huber Heights, Ohio; grandchildren Kyle (Teresa), Lyndzi (Jason), Ricky (Elisha) and Skyler (Emily); great-grandchildren Mason, Kenzie, Joey, Laila, Dylan and Emily and many other family members and friends. Graveside service will be held Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 11:00AM at Ferncliff Cemetery, Springfield, Ohio. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cardiologists of Clark & Champaign Counties, 100 W. McCreight Avenue, Springfield, Ohio 45504 Attn: Dr. Tariq Rizvi.     Mom even though I knew this was coming I was praying much later. I realize how selfish this was of me because you went through a very hard path just to give us all your love. I’m very blessed to be your daughter . Thank you for everything you did to help everyone you went above and beyond on everything you did. Your amazing and I will love you and miss you every single day of my life. So many are very sadden due to your passing. You were truly loved! Until we meet again , I love you with all my heart !     It was such an honor meeting Shirley . What a great woman with amazing spirit and love of life .
    Though we will miss Shirley’s smile and her humor. we know she lives on with her amazing family especially her children and grandchildren
