2012–2026

Kiwi Sudal, a beloved green-cheek conure and cherished member of the Sudal family, passed away on July 25, 2026, after developing a large internal tumor. He was approximately fourteen years old and was laid to rest on July 29, 2026.

Though small in size, Kiwi had a large personality and brought years of companionship, laughter, and affection to his family. He loved bananas and almonds, amused everyone by hanging upside down in his cage like a bat, and especially loved saying “Xander,” the name of the family’s youngest son.

Some of the family’s favorite memories were made taking Kiwi hiking and including him in their adventures. He was intelligent, expressive, affectionate, and far more than a pet. He was a true member of the family flock.

Kiwi was surrounded by love and cared for with comfort and dignity during his final illness.

Always loved. Forever in our flock.
