Kenneth J. “Kenny” Brinkman II

Of Springfield, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on May 23, 2020 at the age of 35 in Dayton, Ohio.

A funeral service celebrating Kenny’s life is scheduled for Monday, June 1, 2020 at 6:00 PM at Victory Faith Center, 424 S. Fountain Avenue, Springfield, Ohio with Carla Race Laux, Pastor officiating.  The family will receive friends from 4:30PM to 6:00PM prior to the service. Burial of his cremated remains will take place at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in New Carlisle, Ohio at a later date.

Kenny was baptized in the Catholic church and attended Victory Faith Center.  He loved sports and was a huge fan of the Miami Dolphins.  He enjoyed hiking, fishing, and camping and especially loved time with his children.

Kenneth J. Brinkman II was born on June 6, 1984 in Dayton to Kenneth J. Brinkman, Sr. and the late Rebeccah (Hayes) Brinkman who died in 2011.  Also preceding him in death are a sister, Brandy Brinkman in 2000; paternal grandparents, Harold and Wanda Brinkman; maternal grandparents, Royal Hayes and Barbara Philpot; and an aunt, Deborah Gravenstein.

In addition to his father, Kenneth, Sr. of Tipp City, Ohio, Kenny is survived by his step-father, John Fee of Hyden, Kentucky; 2 sons, Kenneth M. Brinkman of Dayton and Gabriel E. Eason of Brookville, Ohio; 2 daughters, Brandilynn Faith and Addilynn Grace both of Donnelsville, Ohio; 1 brother, A. J. Fee of Hyden, KY; 3 sisters, Michelle (and Ron) White of Tipp City, Ohio, Stephanie Brinkman of New Carlisle, Ohio and Ashley Brinkman of Brandon, Mississippi.  Also surviving are 14 nephews and nieces, 1 great-nephew, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.  The family wishes to thank Kenny’s close friend, Clyde Suttles and the Suttles family.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to help offset final expenses.
