Cancelled – VETERANS DAY SERVICE AT FERNCLIFF CEMETERY & ARBORETUM
Unfortunately, due to the 100% severe rain forecast for this area for tomorrow, Friday, Nov 11, our Veterans Day Program has been cancelled. We have posted a roll call of the names of the Veterans who have been interred here at Ferncliff during this past year here. Our sincere apologies to all those planning to attend and to participate.
Veterans Day is Friday, Nov. 11, 2022. In observance of the holiday, Ferncliff Cemetery will once again be holding our Veterans Day Memorial Service at the War Wall at 10:00 a.m. Please join us for a tribute to all veterans, including:
- Presentation of Colors by the Marine Corps League, Detachment 963,
- Music by Springfield HS students,
- A short inspirational message,
- Roll call of 2022 veterans interred at Ferncliff.
